Main building:

• retaining wall erected
• excavation pit constructed
• the laying of the crushed stone base under the foundation slab has been completed.

Residences:

• In 4 residences, the crushed stone and concrete base with waterproofing and thermal insulation have already been constructed, which is an important stage before pouring the slab.
• External walls have already been erected in 8 more residences.
• In 13 residences, roof parapets have been installed, and the areas have been prepared for laying the waterproofing layer.
• External finishing works have been carried out in 3 residences, which indicates that the final stage is approaching.
• In the observation residence, the replacement of the internal design.

Infrastructure and landscape:

• The main internal road has been cut and formed.
• A recreation area has been cut and formed along the internal road.
• Landscape work has been carried out around the presentation residence: a slope has been formed with turf and a staircase has been erected.
• The work is being carried out according to the schedule, covering all key stages – from the foundation and walls to landscaping and preparation for internal work.
