We invite you to visit the YUGEN by FIVE FORCES construction site.

In the first phase, construction work is underway in 5 of the 14 residences:

• columns are poured
• floor slabs are being installed
• external walls and internal partitions are being erected
• in 10 residences, work is underway on waterproofing, installing a drainage system, false walls, concrete slabs and ceilings.

We are also preparing the first elements of landscaping. Work will begin on landscaping the surrounding area near 7 residences.

In the second phase, soil preparation for foundation work has begun in 6 residences.

A large-scale stage has already started on the arrangement of the excavation pit of the main building and the wellness-Spa zone.
The site is fully prepared for the active phase.
A security system, video surveillance, lighting and alarm systems have been installed.
There are access roads, areas for equipment and material storage, temporary structures, including a checkpoint, staff quarters and a space for working meetings.

Work is proceeding according to plan.
